COVID Precautions - To keep our employees and customers safe we have implemented the following: mandatory face masks for employees, sneeze guards at registers, and touch points cleaned and sanitized every 2 hours. The Customer Readiness Specialist is responsible for completing their assigned duties that are essential in ensuring the location is 100% customer ready. This includes but is not limited to; ensuring delivery of superior customer service, maintaining a safe environment for employees, customers, and vendors, and adheres to and enforces all company programs, policies, and procedures. Pay: $11.00 per hour Job Type: Full Time (30 + hours per week) Benefits: Anniversary Bonus ($50 every 6 months) Premium Holiday Pay Paid vacation after 6 months 401k Retirement Plan $0.25 weekly fuel discount (per gallon) Holiday Savings Club Bi-Annual Reviews Health Insurance Dental/Vision Insurance Short Term Disability Tuition Assistance Scholarship Opportunities
