This is a unique opportunity to directly contribute to the development and growth of our company while gaining unparalleled executive exposure . The Financial Analyst will play a key role in maintaining our accounting systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing payroll. This position reports directly to the CFO. Responsibilities: P repare monthly executive and financial reporting packages Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts Monitor and forecast budgets to align with current financial needs Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance reporting requirements Keep company licensure current and in good standing Ensure payroll accuracy and efficiency, including managing commissions, benefits, insurance, and general deductions A ssist CFO as needed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting , Finance, Business, or a related field 2+ years of relevant experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and accounting software Experience with QuickBooks is preferred but not required Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively on projects Benefits: Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Health savings account 401k with match Rosegate Mortgage is an equal-opportunity employer.
