This position is ideal for a dedicated attorney with over 4 years of experience in land use and land use litigation. The firm prides itself on a collaborative team approach, maximizing resources to deliver comprehensive and efficient legal solutions for clients.DutiesRepresent clients in land use matters and related litigation.Conduct legal research and prepare necessary documents for land use cases.Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders throughout the legal process.Develop business opportunities to expand the firm’s client base.Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to client representation.Manage a caseload independently while maintaining organization and efficiency.RequirementsJuris Doctorate from an accredited law school.Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required.Minimum of 4 years of experience in land use and land use litigation.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Familiarity with NJ 40:55D et seq. is preferred.EducationJuris Doctorate from an accredited institution.CertificationsActive bar admission in New Jersey.SkillsExcellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and take initiative.Proficiency in utilizing technology for legal research and case management.Clear and concise communication skills.BenefitsCompetitive salary with a comprehensive benefits package.Paid time off (PTO) and 401(k) plan.Profit-sharing opportunities.A supportive and family-friendly work environment.
