About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with various musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, working closely with physicians to develop and implement treatment plans that help patients achieve their goals. Minimum Qualifications: Current state license as a Physical Therapist Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an outpatient setting Specialization in a particular area of Physical Therapy Experience working with patients of all ages Responsibilities: Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide hands-on therapy using a variety of techniques and modalities Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to improve their condition Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Skills: The successful candidate will use clinical expertise and interpersonal skills to provide high-quality care. Effective communication, knowledge of anatomy and physiology, and the ability to work both independently and within a team are essential.
