The successful candidate will be self-motivated, capable of prioritizing tasks, and proficient in crucial computer applications.Duties and Responsibilities:Represent clients in civil litigation cases, including drafting legal documents, motions, and pleadings.Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries.Create and present persuasive communication materials for court proceedings and negotiations.Manage a caseload effectively, meeting all deadlines and ensuring high-quality legal representation.Investigate and analyze case facts and causes of action and determine strategic legal next steps.Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.Maintain accurate and detailed case files and documentation.Participate in client meetings, legal consultations, and court appearances as needed.Requirements:1-3 years of civil litigation experience.1-2 years of experience in Creditors’ Rights or Collection fields preferred.Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Strong investigative skills and keen ability to uncover facts and determine actionable next steps.Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team setting.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) Degree from an accredited law school.Licensed to practice law in Kentucky.Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to draft clear and persuasive legal documents.Knowledge of subrogation or insurance practices is a plus.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Location:Cincinnati, OHBenefits Offered:Comprehensive benefits program including health insurance, paid vacation/personal time, 401(k), life insurance, and short and long-term disability.
