About Us: We are a leading outpatient physical therapy practice with 27 locations dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized care to our patients. Our team is passionate about helping individuals achieve their best physical health and well-being. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic Physical Liaison/Marketing Representative to join our team and help us grow our presence in the community. Position Overview: The Physical Liaison/Marketing Representative will focus on working with local Physicians to develop clinical relationships with Trinity Rehab. They will be responsible for driving patient referrals, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing brand awareness within the community. This role is crucial in supporting our growth objectives and ensuring that our services reach those who need them. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in out-of-office healthcare marketing, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping others. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing plans to increase patient referrals and brand awareness across all practice locations. Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with physicians, referral sources, and community organizations to drive patient referrals. Community Outreach: Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and other outreach activities to promote our services. Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement. Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with the leadership team to align marketing strategies with business goals and objectives. Monitor and Report on Performance: Track marketing efforts and report on performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in a physical therapy or outpatient setting. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with referral sources. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Other: Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different practice locations and community events as needed. Compensation & Benefits: Starting Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year. Bonus Structure: Performance-based bonus opportunities.
