The ideal candidates will have a strong background in carpentry, with experience in both commercial and industrial settings. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to work on diverse projects and advance their skills in a dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and plan work. - Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. - Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using tools such as rulers, pencils, and chalk. - Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machines to complete tasks. - Collaborate with other construction professionals, including laborers, electricians, and plumbers. - Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and standards. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment. - Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets project specifications. **Qualifications:** - Minimum of 3 years of experience in carpentry, preferably in commercial and industrial settings. - Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. - Strong knowledge of carpentry materials, methods, and tools. - Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working on ladders or scaffolding. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. - OSHA certification is a plus. **Pay Rate:** **$20-$30 per hour** based on experience.
