We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Injury Litigation Lawyer to join our dynamic team.Job Summary:The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law, be admitted to practice in California and maintain good standing with the bar. You will demonstrate a commitment to zealous advocacy and possess a strong desire to pursue the best interests of clients. As a diligent self-starter, you will work independently while also serving as a mentor to our legal support staff.Responsibilities: Represent clients in personal injury litigation, advocating for their rights and interests. Draft pleading shells and other legal documents with precision and clarity. Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes. Mentor and guide legal support staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout the process. Collaborate with team members to enhance case management and strategy development. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide effective representation. Take/defend depositions and make court appearances, mediations, and negotiating settlements.Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury litigation. Admitted to practice in California and in good standing with the bar. Strong advocacy skills with a proven track record of achieving successful outcomes for clients. Excellent drafting and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.
