A company is looking for a Medical Information Team Lead (PharmD). Key Responsibilities Supervise call center staff to ensure accurate customer responses Update training materials and conduct training sessions Handle escalations and investigate inquiries and complaints Required Qualifications and Education PharmD License Required Minimum of an associate's degree or equivalent work experience; pursuing BA/BS preferred 2+ years of experience in training or supervising within a Call Center operation preferred Adept at using applicable computer software (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to train and motivate staff members
