A company is looking for a People Manager for a temporary contract position. Key Responsibilities Assist with talent acquisition, including sourcing candidates and conducting screenings Oversee benefits open enrollment and provide support to employees during the process Manage employee relations, including resolving concerns and ensuring compliance with employment laws Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field 8+ years of progressive HR experience Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Rippling Experience with BreezyHR for recruiting is preferred
