A company is looking for a Director of Property Operations to build and manage its Repair & Maintenance department. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement frameworks for work order completion and service requests Enhance vendor management programs and ensure capacity for a growing portfolio Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize technology strategies for property services Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in Construction Management & Occupied Maintenance At least 5 years within a Single Family Rental (SFR) investment firm Proven track record of scaling national Property Services teams Results-oriented P&L management experience Experience in residential real estate or data analytics preferred
