A leading US-based organization, is seeking skilled Java Developers to join their innovative team in the Washington D.C./Maryland/Virginia area. As a Java Developer, you will play a crucial role in defining, designing, and delivering new features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create the next generation of dialog agents for applications in education, entertainment, and general question-answering. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. Job Responsibilities: Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code. Participate in code reviews to uphold high standards of quality. Leverage Java expertise across all development aspects. Provide well-organized and annotated code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. Job Requirements: Open to candidates of all experience levels, from college grads to seasoned professionals. Knowledge of developing web applications using modular and scalable architectures. Strong emphasis on code readability, security, and stability, including testing. Good understanding of Java syntax and conventions. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Nice to have: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.- Prior experience in software Quality Assurance and Test Planning.
