All that you need is: High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of experience in warehouse management 3+ years of experience leading successful, productive teams Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) certification Intermediate computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office Ability to manage projects and resources Ability to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writing Ability to work overtime with little notice; weekend hours may occasionally be required Ability to lift 20 pounds frequently Ability to drive and operate a motorized passenger vehicle or forklift Some HVAC or home services experience is preferred but not required.
