Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support required (AHA only) ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required (AHA only) Various certifications as applicable (e.g., PALS, NRP, EFM, NIH Stroke Certification) with preference details and vendors provided Job Details Cath Lab Tech Start Date: ASAP Shift: 4x10s, 07:00-17:30 Daily Caseload per tech: Varies Years of experience REQ: 2 First-timers accepted: YES Guaranteed Hours: apply after the first call off per pay period Special Requirements: Impella, IABP, Shockwave (Coronary & Peripheral), CSI/Jetstream/Laser equipment experience required; Volcano monitoring system experience required; Scrub, Monitor, Circulate, EKG general skills required; Balloon angioplasty, PCI, Stents, Thrombectomy, Pacemaker/defib device placement, Impella insertion, Left/Right heart catheterization cardiac cath skills required; Peripherals, Venous access, Hemo Dynamic Monitoring IR skills required; 12 Lead EKG, Rhythm Interpretation EKG skills required Department Details: Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Catheterizations, EP Device Implants, Peripheral Vascular Diagnostic and Interventional Procedures Type of Facility: Short Term Acute Care Total Staffed Beds: 222 Scrub Color: Red top, black pants Charting: Cerner Job Requirements 2 years of Cath Lab Tech experience required Experience with specific equipment (Impella, IABP, etc.) and procedures (Balloon angioplasty, PCI, Stents, etc.) as listed in the job details BLS, ACLS, FL license required Schedule Information Shift: 4x10s, 07:00-17:30 Weekend REQ: To be discussed if applicable Is on-call REQ? YES, as needed Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? NO Floating Req to Sister Facilities: NO Open to accommodating block schedule? To be discussed in interview if applicable No RTO in contract. When applicable, RTO may be discussed in interview.
