Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,209 per week

Certification Details License must be uploaded with profile. Certifications must be uploaded with profile or listed that they are currently held. Job Details Must be able to handle a fast pace work environment and full patient load. Note patient ratios in experience on profile. Profile must list permanent address for submission of candidates. No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted; less is preferred. RTO for upcoming holidays cannot be approved. Need to be available to work a holiday rotation. Job Requirements 3 Years CURRENT MS experience required. 3 + Years of Nursing Experience required. BSN preferred. Sorian EMR experience preferred. Two Years of Previous travel experience required. Schedule Information Three strike rule for call-offs: After 3 call offs, a traveler's contract will be eligible for termination due to lack of attendance at the discretion of Weirton Medical Center. Unit Specific Information Working with Covid Patients at times. Patient Ratio: 1:6 Dress Code: Traveler provided scrubs/Navy Blue Level 4 Trauma Center Additional Details Work History and Skills Checklist current to 1 year required. 2 Signed References from a Supervisor required (from within the past two years of employment).
