See how you can join our team today!**This position includes a 10% stipend reflected in the salary**Clinician I (Unlicensed) Starting Salary: $55,914-Depending on ExperienceClinician II (Licensed) Starting Salary: $70,265-Depending on ExperienceThe Intensive Program Clinician I or II, provides direct intensive community treatment services for individuals in the ACT program with behavioral health diagnoses. Works as part of the ACT team to ensure services and resources are coordinated among providers as needed to help individuals served live and participate optimally in the community. Some Benefits Offered: * Generous PTO package * Full Dental, Medical, & Vision Coverage * VRS Retirement Plan Membership Education/Experience Required: * Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or other license eligible related field required. * Eligibility and formal registration in the State of Virginia for behavioral health related professional licensure required within 3 months of hire. * At least one year of clinical experience working with individuals with serious mental illness, substance use disorders and/or developmental disabilities, preferred. Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
