We are a growing company looking for a full-time Occupational Therapist for our therapy teams serving in Mahnomen, MN and Thief River Falls, MN. Our OT role will have the opportunity to serve all patient populations, including SNF/LTC, Outpatient, Home Health, and Inpatient. This caseload will focus on skilled nursing care following hospitalizations and general geriatrics with a focus on increasing independence and function. This is a benefited position that will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week (1.0 FTE), with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
