We are seeking an experienced Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role within the talent team and assist the team's efforts in evaluating, enhancing, and supporting the overall company strategic objective to Secure the Right Talent . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of filling complex roles in the AEC industry across various departments and levels within an organization. This position can be based in either our Nashville, TN, or Atlanta, GA office locations with a flexible, hybrid working environment balancing time working from home and in the office each week. About The Role: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead recruitment process including writing and revising job postings, sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers. Update candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System for accurate documentation and reporting. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads in assigned regions to understand hiring needs to develop tailored recruitment strategies, particularly for engineers, project managers, technicians, and senior technical and leadership positions. Communication: Consistently and openly communicate with hiring managers, human resource business partners and candidates throughout the recruitment process building trust-based professional relationships and providing a positive candidate experience. Sourcing Talent: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify and attract high-quality candidates. Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a diverse pool of candidates. Training and Best Practices: Train hiring managers on compliance, policies and best practices related to resume review, interviewing, hiring, and affirmative action plans as a federal contractor. About You: You have a High School diploma; Associate's degree or higher is a plus. You have a minimum of 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruiting with proven proactive sourcing and pipeline-building abilities. AEC industry recruiting experience is a plus. You pride yourself on developing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers. You have proven to be a strategic partner to the business by understanding the current talent needs and have developed, implemented, and executed customized hiring strategies to secure talent. You take ownership of your work and look for opportunities to enhance recruiting processes and efficiencies to be effective.
