Join Our Team as an HVAC Technician! Are you a skilled HVAC technician who enjoys working on complex commercial systems? All Florida Mechanical Services is looking for talented Commercial HVAC Technicians to join our friendly team! We focus on outdoor air solutions for both commercial and residential units. If you're ready to elevate your HVAC career, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do: Diagnose and repair recreational and industrial HVAC systems. Perform preventative maintenance to keep systems running smoothly. Quickly identify and fix issues. Provide great service to keep our customers happy. What We’re Looking For: Experience with basic hand and power tools. Familiarity with electrical meters and measuring devices. Ability to create and use technical documents. Schedule and report service activities for customers and management. Connect motors, compressors, and ventilation fans to control panels. Write clear reports on inspections and repairs. Help guide junior team members and work independently. High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required. Universal EPA Certification and five years of experience preferred, but not required. Completion of an apprenticeship or military training preferred, but not required. Valid driver’s license with a clean record. Familiarity with MS Office programs. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen (not required). What You’ll Get: We cover the cost of materials. We reimburse gas expenses. Payment Details: Bi-weekly payments.
