The ideal candidate will possess 4 to 8 years of litigation experience, particularly in medical malpractice cases, a strong academic background, and exceptional advocacy skills.Duties:Represent clients in medical malpractice litigation and related matters.Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings and discovery requests.Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.Advocate on behalf of clients in court and during settlement negotiations.Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case plans and manage client communications.Requirements:4 to 8 years of experience in litigation, preferably in medical malpractice.Strong academic credentials and legal writing abilities.Previous judicial clerkship experience is a plus.Must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active Pennsylvania bar admission is required.Skills:Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple cases.
