Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and proactive General Handyman to join our team at Nandail Property Management. In this essential role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services, ensuring that our clients receive the exceptional care they deserve. Job Description: Perform electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs in both commercial and residential settings. Ensure the functionality of mechanical systems and conduct necessary repairs. Execute general cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the buildings. Install and replace flooring, stairs, and piping as needed. Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other structural components. Maintain trash and recycling receptacles throughout the facility. Service and repair air conditioning and heating systems as required. Bring your own transportation and tools. Utilize basic math skills effectively in your work. Demonstrate strong communication skills. Stay organized and showcase effective problem-solving abilities. Maintain a keen attention to detail. Proven experience as a handyman is essential. Familiarity with hand and power tools is required. Requirements and Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred (relevant experience may be considered in lieu). Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Experience using basic hand and power tools. Reliable transportation is essential. Flexible availability is required. Mechanical aptitude is advantageous. A contractor or journeyman license is a plus. Additional Benefits: The company covers material costs. Gas expenses will be reimbursed.
