Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive General Handyman to join our team at Nandail Property Management. In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional care and attention. Job Description: Perform electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs in both commercial and residential environments. Ensure the functionality of mechanical systems and conduct repairs as necessary. Execute general cleaning and maintenance tasks for buildings. Install and replace flooring, stairs, and piping as needed. Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other structural components. Maintain trash and recycling receptacles throughout the facility. Service and repair air conditioning and heating systems as required. Possess your own transportation and tools. Utilize basic math skills effectively. Demonstrate strong communication skills. Stay organized and exhibit effective problem-solving abilities. Maintain a keen attention to detail. Proven handyman experience is essential. Familiarity with hand and power tools is necessary. Requirements and Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred (relevant experience may substitute). Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Experience using basic hand and power tools. Reliable transportation is essential. Flexible availability is required. Mechanical aptitude is advantageous. A contractor or journeyman license is a plus.
