This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team dedicated to advocating for clients while providing comprehensive support throughout the legal process.Location: Birmingham, ALDuties:Communicate with clients and manage case files from intake through settlement or trial.Take and defend depositions.Conduct legal research and draft motions.Lead mediations and develop effective case strategies.Represent clients in court and advocate for their rights.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in Premises Liability and Personal Injury law.Proven litigation track record.Licensed and in good standing with the Alabama State Bar.Experience in drafting and responding to legal motions.Strong knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active membership in the Alabama State Bar.Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Commitment to client advocacy and ethical practice.Benefits:Contingency fee referral opportunities.Ongoing training and mentoring from experienced attorneys.Support from an office and legal staff to enhance practice efficiency.
