This role involves managing all aspects of the litigation process, providing significant opportunities for advancement.Location: Pasadena, CADuties:Handle all facets of the litigation process.Draft complaints and manage discovery.File pre-trial motions and oppose motions for summary judgment.Engage in mediation and prepare for trial.Collaborate with in-house trial lawyers, with aspirations to lead trials in the future.Requirements:Licensed to practice law in California, or licensed in another U.S. jurisdiction with pending admission to the California Bar.3-7 years of experience in civil litigation.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Bar License (Required)Skills:Proficiency in civil litigation and discovery processes.Experience taking/defending depositions and appearing in court.Strong motion practice and pre-trial case preparation skills.Prior experience in employment litigation or as defense counsel is a plus.
