Job Description Argos USA Concrete Ready Mix is hiring CDLA or CDL B Local Ready Mix Concrete Truck Drivers in Auburndale, FL . The driver will deliver loads to customers in the greater Auburndale, FL area to help build a variety of projects from residential homes to major commercial infrastructures. Compensation Pay: Pay By Load starting at $52 a load with an average of 18- 25 loads per week PBL starting rate is based on experience. PBL Increase after 6 months of employment. 40 Hour Minimum Weekly Guaranteed Transition to Pay by Load after 60 days of employment. Work irregular hours depending on customer demands (may average 12 - 14 hour a day, with 1 day at 16 hours, during our busy season). Demonstrate the ability to climb up and down ladder/stairs using three points of contact. Complete required paperwork for the position. Must be registered with the FMCSA's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse. Must be able to successfully pass Department of Transportation (DOT) pre-employment drug test, DOT physical, MVR and national background screen, Agility Test Must live within 25 miles of Auburndale , FL Argos a Summit Materials Company
