For more details, please visit our website. Position Summary: We are seeking a proficient Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing plant equipment to ensure efficient operations and meet production requirements. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair electrical controls, circuits, mechanical components, and pneumatic systems. Utilize knowledge of AC and DC electrical theory; familiarity with 3-phase motor control circuits is a plus but not required. Demonstrate expertise with Allen Bradley PLCs, remote sensor interfaces, HMIs, VFDs, and other automated control systems, including troubleshooting. Perform maintenance and repairs on manufacturing and facility equipment and systems. Conduct preventive maintenance on production, processing, and plant equipment. Follow instructions and work independently when necessary. Safely operate forklifts, boom lifts, and scissor lifts. Accurately complete all required paperwork. Adapt to both scheduled and unscheduled overtime, and manage shift flexibility. Ensure safe equipment operation, adhere to GMP guidelines, and maintain a clean work area. Participate in meetings, provide training to others, and assist in various roles as needed. Foster a safety-conscious environment by adhering to safety procedures, operating equipment safely, and reporting unsafe conditions to supervisors. Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment. High School Diploma or GED required; Technical Certificate or Associate Degree preferred but not mandatory. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must have personal hand tools necessary for the job. Salary commensurate with experience. Additional Benefits: Company covers the cost of materials.
