A company is looking for an Implementation Manager II (Clinical Trials) to manage the onboarding process for new clients. Key Responsibilities Manage onboarding process for newly-signed clients Evaluate product use and coordinate engagement through structured onboarding Schedule and execute full onboarding projects and remote trainings Required Qualifications BA/BS degree preferred 1 - 3 years experience in implementation, professional services, or clinical research Strong PC/Mac skills including proficiency with Office Suite/G Suite tools Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA/Confluence) Prior work experience in healthcare, SAAS, clinical research, or academia
