Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and reliable On-Call Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for performing a variety of facility maintenance tasks, addressing emergency repairs, and ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings. This flexible, on-call role is ideal for someone looking to contribute their skills while maintaining a variable schedule. Compensation: $25 per hour Flexible, on-call scheduling based on facility needs Work Schedule: On-call shifts, with availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Key Responsibilities: Perform general facility maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to ensure safety and comfort. Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance. Coordinate with outside vendors for complex repairs or specialized services. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications: Proven experience in general maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Ability to troubleshoot and repair facility equipment and systems. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks independently. Flexibility to be available for on-call shifts, including nights and weekends. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certifications are a plus. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
