The ideal candidate will have superb writing and communication skills, with a preference for those holding technical degrees in chemistry, biology, or a related field. This role involves significant responsibilities in drafting legal briefs, managing fact and expert discovery, and handling complex Hatch Waxman litigation cases.Duties:Draft and review legal briefs, motions, and other litigation documents with precision and clarity.Manage all aspects of fact and expert discovery, including planning, execution, and analysis.Develop and implement effective litigation strategies for Hatch Waxman cases.Conduct detailed legal research and analysis to support case development and strategy.Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and hearings.Collaborate with clients, expert witnesses, and other legal professionals to build strong cases.Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with deadlines and procedural requirements.Provide strategic advice and regular updates to clients on case progress and developments.Requirements:JD degree from an accredited law school.Minimum of 3 years of experience in Hatch Waxman litigation.Proven track record of drafting legal documents and managing complex discovery processes.Strong academic background and substantial law firm experience.Preference for candidates with technical degrees in chemistry, biology, or related fields.Education:JD degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Utah State Bar (or ability to obtain licensure).Skills:Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in handling complex litigation and developing strategic case plans.Familiarity with legal research tools and case management software.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.Benefits Offered:Medical insuranceDental insuranceLife insuranceDisability insuranceVoluntary insurance including vision401(k) planPaid time off
