The ideal candidate will have a background in Hatch Waxman litigation, outstanding writing and communication skills, and a preference for candidates with technical degrees in chemistry, biology, or related fields. This role involves drafting legal briefs, managing all aspects of fact and expert discovery, and contributing to litigation strategies.Duties:Draft, review, and revise legal briefs, motions, and other litigation documents.Oversee and participate in all phases of fact and expert discovery.Develop and implement litigation strategies, particularly in Hatch Waxman cases.Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide analysis to support case preparation.Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.Collaborate with clients, expert witnesses, and other legal professionals to build and present cases.Maintain organized case files and ensure timely compliance with court deadlines.Provide detailed legal advice and updates to clients regarding case developments and strategies.Requirements:JD degree from an accredited law school.3+ years of experience in Hatch Waxman litigation.Proven experience in drafting legal documents and managing discovery processes.High level of academic achievement and substantial law firm experience.Preference for candidates with technical degrees in chemistry, biology, or a related field.Education:JD degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Tennessee State Bar (or ability to obtain licensure).Skills:Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in managing complex litigation and developing case strategies.Familiarity with legal research tools and case management software.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Benefits Offered:Medical insuranceDental insuranceLife insuranceDisability insuranceVoluntary insurance including vision401(k) planPaid time off Ranked as one of the Best Client Relationships firm and as one of the top Best Known Firms in the nation, the attorneys in this firm are invested in understanding their clients? businesses from all angels, including the risks, challenges, and issues affecting their industries.
