Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior to join our team. As a Senior, you will play a crucial role in the food industry, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Duties:- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen and dietary department- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines- Plan and prepare menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our customers- Supervise and train kitchen staff on proper food handling, preparation, and cooking techniques- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment- Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items- Handle any customer inquiries or concerns regarding food quality or serviceQualifications:- Previous experience in a senior role within the food industry, preferably in a culinary setting- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices- Proficient in menu planning and recipe development- Excellent leadership and communication skills- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills- Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance- Ability to handle knives and other culinary tools safely
