Provide feedback to the Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory, and retail pricing. Work Hours: 40+ hours per week plus some on-call and weekend work. Pay: Up to $36.00/hr depending on experience Benefits: 10 Paid Holidays, Short and Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, 401K w/company match, Flexible work schedule, Company telephone, Company Vehicle, and uniform. Required Qualifications: 3+ years' experience. HVAC education preferred, and strong mechanical background. Clean driving record and insurable driving record Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints. Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques. Experience making repair and replacement decisions. Advanced customer service skills. Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles. Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices.
