Each month an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from -Avera -will help pay down your principal balance faster. One week of PTO front-loaded and a generous ongoing paid-time off package. Career Growth: You have the opportunity to go beyond licensure and employment requirements and become nationally certified. Job Summary Provides for the delivery of professional RN nursing care. Avera McKennan requires all nurses to practice in a competent level within the ANA Standards of Clinical Nursing Practice. Education and/or Experience Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. Graduate from an approved nursing program is acceptable. Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. Licensure/Certification/Registration Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure required. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota may be required depending on patient/job assignment. Work Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm; 72hrs/2wks Pay The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. - $26.25 - $39.25 per hour -
