The Residence offers long-term care, short-term, post-acute rehabilitation stays, and outpatient Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy. Job Description: Determine the needs of all assigned residents in a timely manner. Provide resides with excellent customer service, compassion, and care. Assists residents with grooming, bathing, dressing, showering, toileting and other self care tasks. Communicate with a multidisciplinary team that consists of including, however not limited to, nurses, therapists, and resident family members. Provide a safe environment for residents to achieve their optimal well-being. Perform as an excellent team player. Other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications: Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods of time. Ability to push, pull objects and lift/carry up to 20 lbs. unassisted on a frequent basis and up to 50 pounds or more with assistance on occasion. Ability to interact effectively with residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, the general public, and other staff members.
