Key Responsibilities: Perform daily service tasks for clients, including account transactions and responding to inquiries Develop coverage strategies and plans, conduct insurance marketing and sales, and provide claims support Maintain client data accuracy, document activities, and stay updated on industry trends Required Qualifications: Active Health & Life License Strong organizational skills and ability to discern priority Computer skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee benefits High School diploma required, Associate Degree or higher preferred
