Armand Corporation, an award-winning M/WBE Construction Management firm celebrating over 33 years in the industry, is seeking a full-time Construction Risk Analyst for a federal construction project related to complex rail, transit, and other transportation projects in NY & NJ. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of fulltime experience in performing risk analysis calculations in a construction setting, as well as a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Construction, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field .This position will be full-time, on-site. Candidates are expected to live in or near the New York metropolitan area. Roles and Responsibilities Develop risk profiles through continuous project documents review, ensuring all information within the project risk register is accurate and timely. Provide in-depth cost analysis feedback and recommendations, including heat maps and risk informed estimates, to support informed project decision making. Work together with management team to create and enact effective risk mitigation strategies. Issue risk management reports and presentations to staff, clients, and stakeholders. Participate in update meetings to relay and address project level risk summaries and a 60-day look ahead. Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously; and follow through on projects to successful completion. Other related duties and tasks as required Qualifications At least 5 years of experience performing risk analysis calculations in a large-scale construction setting. · B achelor’s Degree in Construction, Engineering, Accounting, or related field required, advanced degree is a plus. Strong proficiency in data analytics tools, with the ability to generate reports, risk registers, heat maps, analysis, and recommendations.
