This position is ideal for an attorney with 1-5 years of legal experience eager to work closely with a shareholder and engage in diverse practices, including insurance coverage, first-party property, and warranty litigation.Duties:Collaborate directly with a shareholder on insurance coverage, first-party property, and warranty litigation matters.Conduct detailed legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client advice.Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.Provide strategic recommendations and legal advice based on a thorough analysis of cases and applicable laws.Maintained and organized case files, ensuring all documentation was accurate and up-to-date.Participate in client meetings and maintain strong client relationships.Stay current with legal developments and industry trends to provide informed legal advice.Requirements:1-5 years of legal experience, preferably in insurance coverage or related fields.Demonstrated interest in working on insurance coverage, first-party property, and warranty litigation.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal information.Excellent writing skills with experience drafting legal documents and briefs.Effective research capabilities, including familiarity with legal research tools and methods.Superior verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and court personnel.Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Florida State Bar (or eligibility to become licensed in Florida).Skills:Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Strong legal research and writing proficiency.Effective communication and negotiation skills.Attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Proficiency with legal research databases and software.
