We invite applications for a specialist in Otolaryngology at our Lutherville-Timonium Medical Center.In collaboration with the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of the Mid-Atlantic States, we provide high-quality, patient-centered health care. Through this partnership, our physicians are part of an industry-leading health care delivery model, having access to advanced technological tools and receiving comprehensive practice support.MAPMG physicians are salaried, without the pressures of alternative payment models or fee-for-services. Our members have easy access to specialists and medical records, thus allowing you to treat the whole patient.What You Can Expect: * A busy referral-based surgical practice covering a wide range of the specialty, including head and neck, endocrine, sleep, pediatric, rhinology, otology, facial plastics, and skin cancer surgery. * Collaboration with a collegial team of 4 Baltimore Otolaryngologists and a Physician Assistant. * Support from a dedicated group of 4 Audiologists. * Collaboration with a wider network of MAPMG Otolaryngologists in our metropolitan service areas. * A captured patient population within an integrated delivery system, promoting the full breadth of Otolaryngology practice in a multi-specialty environment. * Opportunity for mentoring and teaching through our ongoing relationship with the Johns Hopkins Otolaryngology Residency program. * Graduating residents are encouraged to apply, with one year of experience preferred.
