Duties:Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division.Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare pleadings and motions.Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on family law issues.Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members on case strategy and client representation.Attend continuing legal education courses and stay updated on changes in family law. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Active Bar admission in the state of California.
