Objectives of the Customer Service Representative Role Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals Develop a thorough understanding of our client’s products and services to be able to match customers to the right products and services as well as upsell Customer Service Representative - Daily and Weekly Responsibilities Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs, our client's campaigns are designed to meet their customers in places where they live, work or shop. Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organisation Identify and carry out upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly Customer Service Representative Requirements The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of working in a customer-facing role, a passion for helping others and a drive to provide exceptional customer service.
