International Machine company is looking for a Japanese Bilingual Sales Assistant.○ Update customer records in the company database as required○ Support creating and organizing sales presentation materials○ Support translating sales and technical materials from Japanese to English○ Create simple drawings (cutting layout) on the computer as a part of machine sales activities○ Receive and ship machine parts○ Track and update the status of shipments○ Maintain parts inventory and shipping materials○ Provide additional support involved with shipping delays or damages Requirements: ○ Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges○ Good oral and written communication skills○ Strong sense of time organization and urgency○ Ability to lift machine parts up to 50 lbs○ Basic proficiency with MS Office○ English and Japanese bilingual (conversational level required)Needed ASAP!
