In addition to steel walls, we manufacture steel steps and benches, aluminum coping, liner track, deck drains, liner bead and other custom fabrications. Essential Functions of an Accounting Intern: Accounts Payable data entry Invoice and statement scanning Matching of credit card receipts Statement backup Assisting with vendor checks, matching with bills and mailing Entering data in Global Shop, RB and Quickbooks Filing Other Accounting functions as needed. Qualifications for an Accounting Intern: Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high stressed environment Highly motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team Dependable and trustworthy, with a strong work ethic Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Hours are flexible (25 - 28 hours/week) Cardinal Systems Inc. is a family owned, family-oriented employer that has made employee safety the top priority for over 45 years.
