The product range is complemented by digital solutions and services.To learn more, please visit www.cs-mfg.com Position Summary: The Human Resources Generalist (HRG) is the lead person on site for all Human Resource (HR) related activities. The position manages the organization's payroll, benefits, time keeping, performance evaluations, and compensation processes. To be successful the HRG must be able to multitask, possess strong communication skills and have the ability to interact with all employees in the organization. Responsibilities: Conduct recruiting and hiring of company employees, contractors, and consultants Maintain the timekeeping system Maintain and perform weekly payroll system and administration Act as the administration for the employee 401(k) plan Maintain all personnel files Benchmark compensation levels for employees Manage the healthcare benefits, property casualty insurance and renewal processes Act as a liaison between employees and health insurance providers Develop a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and values our employees Establish, execute, and enforce HR policies and procedures throughout the organization Maintain KPI's to track employment goals Identify and address HR risks and opportunities for the company Provide oversight for Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) issues Remain current on Regulatory requirements of a manufacturing facility to ensure the plant is operating in accordance with these expectations Other duties as assigned Requirements: Bachelors degree from an accredited university required 5+ years of experience leading and managing people in a manufacturing environment 5+ years of experience with payroll administration Bilingual (English and Spanish) candidate preferred Experience working with diverse groups of people and cultures Knowledge and understanding of insurance benefits administration Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions Ability to inspire confidence and create trust Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively and delegate Strong verbal, written and oral communication skills Natural leadership abilities with strong interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications If you desire an organization that supports your career growth, then we would like to speak with you.
