Position Description Reporting to the CFO, the Contractor Administrator supports the Legal, Sales and Finance teams by reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and organizing PRA Program Service Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Hotel, and other Third-Party contracts. Manage contracts in an electronic database and provide key contract abstracts to the Sales, Operations and Finance teams. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Provide a diverse range of legal contract review, negotiation, and administrative support in conjunction with the PRA Legal teams supervision and direction. Responsible for preparing, examining, analyzing and revising Client and Hotel partnership agreements from approved templates and coordinating third party provided agreements for review and approval as needed. Support request for contracts from drafting through execution from the Sales and Operations teams. Track progress to completion, receipt and distribution of executed agreements. Interact with business partners including Management, Sales, Operations and Finance throughout the organization, necessitating tact, diplomacy, discretion and good judgement. This position requires flexibility to meet changing business objectives and the ability to set priorities. Partner with internal business clients as well as interact with external third parties to negotiate contract provisions. Maintenance of contracts and related information in the contract management and sales management database. Generation of non-disclosure agreements, consulting agreements and letters of intent at the request from business partners from approved templates including incorporation of relevant business terms, fees, etc. Actively engage to keep knowledge up to date, support continuous learning within the contracting and contract management field. Assist in various other matters as relevant to contract coordination, generation, and filings. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and or paralegal certificate reflecting strong academic abilities. A minimum of 3 - 5 years' work experience in contracts preferably within the professional services and hospitality industries. Advanced skill level in MS Office, Excel, Salesforce, DocuSign, and other contract management systems. Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with customers, suppliers, and employees. Strong work ethic, organizational skills and attention to detail required. Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines. Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Able to act independently and as a team member. Personal commitment to organizational excellence; display honesty, integrity, and strong sense of ethics in all decisions and actions. Competencies Required: Possess strong analytical, critical thinking and judgment skills. Strong writing, research, analytical and verbal communication skills. Self-starter with effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies up to 20 pounds.
