This is an opportunity to build upon your Human Resources experience within a growing, expanding manufacturing company on a part-time basis. Position Overview Eaglestone Equipment is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support its Team Members. This position requires a person who is organized, a self-starter, and able to perform a variety of Human Resources and administrative tasks. This position reports to the acting CFO and is responsible for the administration of benefits, 401k, payroll, assisting in the hiring of new Team Members and other HR functions and duties within the company. About Eaglestone Equipment Eaglestone Equipment is a custom design and manufacturing company specializing in producing equipment necessary for safe food processing packaging. To learn more about Eaglestone, visit the website at: Eaglestone.net Human Resources Responsibilities: Administer Benefits, i.e., health, dental, life, and short-term disability. Administer 401k Plan for new hires, loans, deduction revisions and termination. Administer payroll processing. Assist in the implementation of policies and procedures as directed by senior management. Maintain appropriate HR files for all Team Members. Coordinate annual Team Member evaluations. Assist in the hiring of new Team Members. Maintain OSHA Incident Logs and coordinate safety. Screen/answer questions from Team Members as needed. Requirements: 5-7 years' experience in related areas as an individual contributor and in a team environment. Proven knowledge of HR practices, standards, laws, and regulations. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent people skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Fluent in Spanish, not required but highly recommended. BA or BS in Business with emphasis in Human Resources or equivalent Human Resources experience. HR certification a plus. PC proficient and able to thrive and grow within a fast-paced setting.
