We’ve recently launched our solar division and are looking to expand our team with dedicated Appointment Setters who share our commitment to sustainability and local community support. Role Summary: As an outside sales representative, you will be the first point of contact for our potential customers, helping them understand the benefits of switching to solar energy. This role requires someone who can thrive in the field, engaging with potential customers daily, and setting appointments for our Energy Specialists. Compensation: Training Pay: $700/week for the first four weeks Expected Yearly Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 Long-term Compensation Range: $120,000 - $200,000 Performance-based compensation Bi-weekly Pay: Yes Responsibilities: Meet with potential customers to schedule appointments.Log interactions and appointments accurately in our CRM system.Field role, spend 30-35 hours a week in the field, with 5-10 hours per week in office. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent.Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.Coachable, hard-working, with a 'can-do' attitude.Physically able to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, standing for extended periods Why Phoenix Exteriors?
