WHAT YOU'LL DO: Provide friendly, positive and stress free moving or hauling experience to all customers Professionally wrap furniture Professionally pack the move truck utilizing the moving industries best practices Lead a team, collaborating to complete a common task of moving household goods Sell move supplies Ensure daily truck inspections are performed Complete required documentation for the move job Lead your team by relevant example, showing them what the core values of the company are all about Prevent careless and costly mistakes, including damage, injury, unhappy clients, lost equipment, etc Check in regularly throughout the day with direct supervisor for additional asssignments and troubleshooting guidance Be on time. Be friendly. Be safe. Lead by example. Always be branding. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check Endurance to lift and carry heavy items (75 lbs. or more) while climbing stairs, balancing, and walking for an extended period of time Eligible to work in the United States. Reliable transportation to and from work. Must enjoy hard work, world class customer service, and helping others Must have effective leadership skills Previous experience in general labor, loading, unloading, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse work is helpful but not required Each CHHJ location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of that franchise.
