General Description We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including but not limited to employee relations, recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with local employment laws. Responsibilities Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers. Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans. Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations. Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation sessions. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Maintain employee records and HR databases. Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.). Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws. Participate in HR projects, such as annual performance reviews, salary surveys, and HR audits. Work Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role. Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, etc.). Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS, ATS, payroll systems, etc.). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Powered by JazzHR
