You will driveprocess initiatives that ensures compliance with customer requirements,regulatory agencies, government regulations and engineering specificationswhile instilling site accountability for governance of the Quality System,product acceptance and product quality.Workwith manufacturing engineering on process improvement and process optimization.Identify the root cause and take appropriate action. Work with cross-functionalteam to improve and enforce quality management system (QMS). Ensure ISO9001:2015 standards are implemented and enforce for Northford facility. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESImplement and maintain quality control systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure quality and reliability. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Work with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement. Participate in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and processes.The annual base salary range for this position is 58,600 to 73,300. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but notlimited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's workexperience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and businessconsiderations." YOUMUST HAVEBachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics OR 4+ years' experience in quality control or quality assurance in lieu of the degree.Strong thoughtful and problem-solving skills.Strong Communication Skills. WEVALUEAdvanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering)Experience in the manufacturing industry.Attention to detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality products.
