Machinists wanted for 1st Shift for an Aerospace manufacturer located in Burbank, CA! M-F 6am-4:30PM (MANDATORY OT 10 hour days) Pay: Depending on experience Responsibilities * Tooling, fixture and material set up on Lathe and Swiss style machines such as on HAAS or Rapido * Prepare 1st piece article for inspections * Utilize precision measuring instruments * Interchanging of tools and offset to coordinate with cutting requirements * Ensure produced parts comply with production and quality standards. * Monitoring of machine speeds and feeds working with materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, Inconel etc * CNC troubleshooting * Edit programs as necessary. * Post process of hardwareREQUIREMENTS: * 3-5 years of CNC set up and operate. * Ability to read and interpret blue prints * General GD&T knowledge and of inspecting tools * Dual spindle/dual; turret lathe or Swiss is a plus
